This cache is a simple container, hidden just off the road in this wonderful Stearns County Park. It shouldn't be too hard to find. Most of the year there is parking very nearby, if your traveling by car. Once winter comes you will have to hike abit, or ski, snowshoe or bike.
This is one of my favorite parks. It's has the Mississippi River, that would be enough. Beyond that, the park is well maintained by the Stearns County Parks Department and affords a wide variety of activities. Almost anyone should be able to enjoy this park: hiking, dog walking, xc skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, geocaching, and now... Fat Biking, too! In 2014 Stearns County allowed for the use of Fat Bikes on the winter walking trails, a progressive step in park use policy. Thanks again for the great parks!
