This fun three-part multi-cache will find you teaming up with a cacher you have probably never met, and may never meet! The idea is to work with someone on the other side of the world in order to find the cache. Sounds too hard you say? Well, actually it is easier than you may think.
At Stage 1 you will find something with the coordinates for Stage 2 which is in Virginia. YES!!! Virginia, USA.
A few quick plane rides will bring you to Stage 2. However, if you wish, you can search out a cacher in the general area of the coordinates and request some help.
Contact the cacher letting them know what you are doing, give them the coordinates for Stage 2, and ask them to retrieve the coordinates for Stage 3, the final cache here in New Zealand and send them to you.
Everyone should try and find a different cacher to help out. That way more people will be able to enjoy the fun. After all, anyone can contact the same person over and over again, but where’s the fun in that? There is no rule against doing this, however. I’m sure everyone will enjoy caching with someone you have never met.
In your log, please include the name of the cacher who helped you with the find.
If you take a picture at the final, please make sure it does not give away the position. Also, make sure you remove the embedded coordinates in your photo. This can be done using an online tool such as: http://www.verexif.com/en/index.php
