you need to solve the puzzle.
Once you get the coordinates,
go there and you will find nearby
a machine where you can do

The cache is inside of THE MACHINE.
Legs must swing together from side to side.
Searching for cache during daylight
is strongly recommended.
To solve the puzzle
Stare at the image above.
After 10 pendulum oscillations
the coordinates will be revealed.
But they will quickly disappear
and then the cycle repeats.
EASY!
