The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates but can be found by solving the puzzle. Once the puzzle is solved, you will be looking for a preform containing a log sheet. BYOP. A short stroll will introduce you to a historical highlight of Kingston. The difficulty is a little high not because of the puzzle but because the finding of the container can be a little tricky.
