Who let the Scothogs out? Event Cache

A post Christmas, quiet, school night get together over a few drinks at a very historic pub (Ye Olde Starre Inne). The event will officially run from 20:00 until 22:00, thought I am sure some will arrive earlier and leave later.

The name is recognising a Scottish cacher that is down in the City for a couple of days. With over 250 logged, anyone with an interest in finding and placing Earth Caches will want to meet and chat with Mrs Scothog.

The pub is both animal and child friendly (up to 22:00 for kids) and serves food. If anyone does want to eat out, please indicate in your Will Attend log and I can let the pub know.

There may be a quiz or something but I wouldn't hold your breath!

The last trains from York are

To Garforth - 23:13

To Leeds - 00:18 and later

To Thirsk - 22:36

To Harrogate - 22:11 (although you can go later, via Leeds)

To Selby and Hull - 22:29

To Scarborough - 22:42

To Rotherham - 22:20, changing at Doncaster

and the pub is a 15 minute walk from the station.
