This area appears to be on the edge of an elementary school, but now the nearby facility is the state headquarters of a youth recreation organization There must be some interesting history to the place. If you know, please note it in the log. Anyway, it deserves a geocache. The cache is hidden in a way that will be hard for beginners who have not seen that type of hide before.
Near ground zero there are some trees that clearly grew up in and around the fence for many, many years. Just like the school kids in a poetic way.
