Geocache Description:

 Concours d'Elegance dates back to 17th Century French aristocracy, who paraded horse-drawn carriages in the parks of Paris during Summer weekends and holidays. Over time, carriages became horseless and the gatherings became a competition among automobile owners to be judged on the appearance of their automobiles.

These days a Concours d’Elegance is a serious affair with most car clubs holding an annual event. I have completed for quite some years and once managed to take the outright winners prize.

So why not have a Geomobile Concours d’Elegance? Bring along your Geomobile and enter one of the following categories:

- Cleanest Geomobile

- Dirtiest Geomobile

- Best optional extra (that suits Geocaching), must be a dealer fitted option.

- Highest Mileage Geomobile

-  Best modified Geomobile

- Best Urban camouflage

- Most number of electronic devices on dashboard/windscreen.(each one must serve a different purpose)

- Best 2 wheeled Geomobile (powered)

- Best 2 wheeled Geomobile (unpowered)

Judging starts at 1:30pm sharp and will be carried out by a team hastily assembled at the last minute.  Clues to puzzle caches will be taken as bribes.

Feel free to bring along some food to be shared around.
