Finder GazaC advised the name of the artist in his log so we are happy to relay that his name is Sean Diamond who is responsible for many steel sculptures around Melbourne. He named the piece ‘Scrap the norstar dragon’.
N.B. Please be very careful if you decide to cross the road to take a closer look as it is a busy four lanes in this area.
