Cache placed around the area of the Scwd level at the top end of Blaenrhondda, c. 1900. The old locomotive boiler can still be seen on the site.

You can approach the cache from the valley floor from the top end of Bleanrhondda, which will give you about a n hours walk, or from above as long as you follow the paths.
