Javorova kosa je lijep i lako dostupan vrh iznad Ravne Gore. Pri vrhu je lijepa livada, ali s nje nema vidika. Na vrhu se nalazi i razgledni toranj. Oko 200 m istočno od vrha je planinarska kuća Javorova kosa. To je jednostavna brvnara strmoga krova sa 14 ležaja, a pokraj kuće je sklonište u kojem može noćiti još 6 ljudi. Kuću su sagradili članovi PD a Višnjevica, a ključ se posuđuje u Turističkoj zajednici u Ravnoj Gori. U skloništu nema struje, a vodu treba donijeti s izvora Božji studenac, udaljenog 6 minuta nizbrdo. Otkad je ispod Javorove kose probijen tunel autoceste Zagreb - Rijeka, Božji studenac ljeti zna presušiti.
Javorova kosa is a beautiful and easily accessible peak above Ravna Gora. At the top there is a beautiful meadow, but it offers no view. There is also a lookout tower. About 200 m east of the top there is a mountain hut Javorova kosa. It is a simple log cabin with a steep roof with 14 beds, and next to the hut there is a shelter where 6 people can sleep.
