PI Day
This day comes around every year but this year we can celebrate out to ten digits 3.141592653.
This event will begin at 7:00pm. The competition ends at 7:30pm here at Pizza Ranch in Papillion, NE.
The competition begins in Lincoln at 9:26:53am. We can join together lunch at 1:00:00pm - 2:15:00pm in Ashland to discuss geocaching related topics.
Information regarding the competition: the game pieces will be to find 20 new caches placed between Lincoln and Omaha. You will need to take a rubbing from the piece of wood with a word engraved on it in each cache. Those that find all 20 will be entered into a drawing for a first and second place prize.
You do not have to be a part of the competition to come to this event. Come one, come all to listen to the tales of the day and other geocaching related stories.
Twofingersdown and I went together to minting an PI Day event coin. Coins will be $16 each. All proceeds will be donated to Geocoinfest 2015 - Omaha.
