Peter Mitterhofer Kulturwanderweg

Der Peter Mitterhofer Kulturwanderweg (nach dem Erfinder der Schreibmaschine benannt) ist eine wunderschön angelegte Rundwanderung von etwa 2 ½ Stunden, vorbei an 12 Stationen und 14 Schautafeln, welche die besonderen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Gegend rund um Partschins und Rabland, vermitteln. Der Weg ist etwa 8 km lang und beginnt bei der Etsch-Schleuse an der Töll, wo ehemals das Geburtshaus des Erfinders stand. Die Wanderung führt dann weiter der Etsch entlang auf dem Töller Waalweg bis zur Bahnhaltestelle von Rabland. Von hier aus folgt die Rundwanderung zunächst der Cutraunstraße in Richtung Rabland, überquert die Saringstraße und gelangt so zum Zielbach, an dessen Ufer es dann bergauf bis zur gleichnamigen Brücke geht, wo man dann in die Peter Mitterhofer Straße einbiegt. In Partschins erreicht man in wenigen Minuten die Pfarrkirche und den Friedhof. Direkt beim Kirchturm steht Mitterhofers Grabstein, mit der Inschrift: „Die Anderen, die von ihm lernten, durften die Früchte seines Talents ernten“. Hier, im Zentrum von Partschins, am Kirchplatz, steht dann auch das Schreibmaschinenmuseum. Zurück nach Töll führt der Weg über einen Spazierweg den Obstwiesen entlang. Ich wünsche euch viel Spass bei eurem Aufenthalt.

Il sentiero culturale Peter Mitterhofer (dal nome dell'inventore della macchina da scrivere) è un bellissimo paesaggio percorso circolare di circa 2 ore e mezza, passando 12 stazioni e 14 bacheche, che mediano le attrazioni speciali della zona attorno a Parcines e Rablà. Il percorso è di circa 8 km e inizia alla serratura di Tel dove un tempo sorgeva la casa natale dell'inventore. il sentiero prosegue poi lungo l'Adige sul Töller Waal segue alla stazione ferroviaria Rablà. Da qui, l'escursione prima sulla via Cutraun verso Rablà attraversa il la via Saring e raggiunge così il fiume Zielbach, dove si sovrapassa poi anche il ponte di Ziel dove poi si passa sulla strada Peter Mitterhofer. A Parcines, a pochi minuti si riescono a trovare la chiesa parrocchiale e il cimitero. Direttamente presso il campanile della chiesa si erge la tomba di Mitterhofer, con la scritta: "gli altri, che hanno imparato da lui, sono stati a raccogliere i frutti del suo talento." Qui, nel centro di Parcines, si trova piazza della chiesa ed anche il Museo della macchina da scrivere. Tornando verso Tel, il sentiero passa in mezzo ai frutteti. Vi auguro buon divertimento.

The Peter Mitterhofer culture trail (named after the inventor of the typewriter) is a beautifully landscaped circular walk of about 2 ½ hours, passing 12 stations and 14 informationboards, which mediate the special attractions of the area around Partschins and Rabland. The trail is about 8 km long and starts at the Adige-lock on the Töll where formerly stood the birthplace of the inventor. The trail then continues along the Adige river Waal on the Töller to the railway station Rabland. From here, the hike follows first the Cutraunstraße towards Rabland, crosses than the Saringstraße and reaches the River Zielbach, on whose banks it then uphill you`ll reach to the bridge named the same, where you can then turn into the Peter Mitterhofer street. In Partschins is just a few minutes and you`ll reach the parish church and cemetery. Directly from the steeple stands Mitterhofer's grave stone with the inscription: "The others, who learned from him, were allowed to reap the fruits of his talent." Here in the center of Partschins you`ll find the church square and also the Typewriter Museum. The path back to Töll brings you across a the orchards. I wish you much fun with your stay.
