Hi. It is simple yet not hard. You don't need to pull up the letters, just look inside. BTW, as always, use a stick to make sure there are no critters hiding. I have updated the difficulty on this to a 3. It is much easier to start at #3 TO the brige (Will be published soon if not already) and walk to #2 Hi.
I was looking for an obvious place for this geocache. When I asked Michael (the park ranger) where this site came from he responded with, "It has just always been here". Folks, that is good enough for me.
