Geocache Description:

A straightforward traditional cache easily accessed from a convenient parking spot near the turnoff to Rangiputa.

Set on the edge of a small lake. This is a wetland environment inhabited by a variety of wildlife. White Faced Herons are commonly seen; a variety of ducks and plenty of insects including dragonflies.

The cache is small with logbook only. BYOP.
