"Mardi Gras" means "Fat Tuesday". Traditionally, it is the last day for Catholics to indulge and often overindulge; before Ash Wednesday starts the sober weeks of fasting that come with Lent. Formally known as Shrove Tuesday, Mardi Gras has long been a time of extravagant fun for those participating.
The selected coordinates will lead you to the steps of the Catholic cathedral.
Once there, those participating in the flash mob (no actual physical flashing required) will have the opportunity to obtain beads.
The event starts promptly at 6:00 pm. Once there, follow the directions of Sunshine"Mardi Gras"Geo. Event will end at or around 6:15 pm.
