Geocache Description:

Bray is well-known amongst geocachers everywhere as the home of Europe's First (GC43). Come & join us in cleaning up Bray Harbour and along Bray beach nearby GC43, and make it somewhere we would be proud that visiting cachers see.

Cache In, Trash Out

Cache In Trash Out, or CITO, is an ongoing environmental initiative supported by the worldwide geocaching community. Since 2002, geocachers around the world have been dedicated to improving parks and other cache-friendly places. Through these volunteer efforts, we help preserve the natural beauty of our outdoor resources!

The Event

The event will take place on Sunday 8th March, 2015 from 12pm. I expect the clean up to end by 2pm. We will meet in the parking area at Bray Harbour (see starting coordinates), before splitting in to smaller teams and cleaning up the harbour and beach.

Directions

Cars can be parked free of charge in the harbour on a Sunday. If parking spots are full up here, there is another car park around the corner infront of Martello Terrace. Please note that parking is at your own risk.

If you don't have access to a car, you can take the DART to Bray and turn left after walking over the tracks. GZ is a 5 minute walk from here. The 145 bus will also leave you to Bray DART station.

Please take care of junior geocachers near the water, particularly at the harbour

You might want to bring some bread to feed the swans, as they're always hungry!

What to Bring
