Achter de ene muur ligt het klooster van de 'discalsen' of Karmelieten; aan de andere kant kijk je het Elisabethbegijnhof in; waar een katholieke, ortodoxe en protestantse kerk te vinden zijn. Het begijnhof heeft zijn bijnaam 'Holy Corner' duidelijk niet gestolen! Ook het klooster van de Clarissen-Coletienen ligt vlakbij.

Here you are surrounded by churches, even though you can't see it. Behind one wall lies the monastery of the "discalsen" or Karmelieten; on the other side you see the Elisabethbegijnhof where you will find a catholic, orthodox and protestant church. The "Elisabethbegijnhof" definitely deserves his nickname of Holy Corner! Also the monastery of the Clarissen-Coletienen lies nearby.
