The walk along the Sea Wall from Pilling to Knott End gives, when the weather is clear, amazing views across the Lune Estuary to the Lake District.

Stealth is required here - busy section of the sea wall with plenty of dog walkers and the site is overlooked by houses... Muggles abound!
The length of the Sea Wall Walk is approximately 2.5 miles end to end (5 miles there and back again)! If you park at either end there is a bus (Number 89 - runs every 2 hours) from the centre of Knott End to Pilling and vice versa. The Pilling stops (either Wheel Lane or The Golden Ball) are still about a 1/2 mile wander to the start of the Sea Wall Walk.
