E' l'opera militare più importante del Litorale. La costruzione inizio' nel Settembre del 1915 e terminò 17 mesi dopo. Il progetto del Genio Militare per la Regia Marina, prevedeva l'inserimento di una torre corazzata e girevole come quelle navali, con cannoni da 380/40, sulla sommità del corpo principale in calcestruzzo. La Batteria, realizzata con criteri antinavali contro un'ipotetica flotta che giungesse dal mare a minacciare Venezia, conservò più utilmente un settore di tiro a 360° e, in effetti, l'unico impiego operativo fu proprio sul retro, verso il Piave.

Dies ist der wichtigste militäriche Bau nach dem Ausbruch des 1. Weltkriegs. Der Bau wurde im September 1915 begonnen und war nach 17 Monaten fertig. Das Hauptgebäude weist einem großen drehbaren Doppelturm mit 381/40oer Kanonen und Panzern auf.
