The Bolster Moor plateau below, Colne Valley behind, with the high Pennines around Marsden to you right and in the distance to the south east and south west the Emley Moor and Holme Moss towers. Glorious. Listen to the wind, sheep, occasonal passing car and most of all the relative silence...
A small geocache tube and log, in a fridge bag to add some weathproofing. Bring a pen, in case the mini pencil has gone. Its the view you are here for really..
