This home was built in 1899 by the Hall family, who tended all of the orange groves on this hillside, a neighborhood known as "Lugonia Heights". Back of the garage is a miniature citrus packing shed, complete with boar-brush polishers and a conveyor-belt sorting machine. The current owners are connected with ESRI, a local mapping company, and the husband of the family is one of the original inventors of GIS (geographic information systems), without which geocaching as we know it would be impossible!
