H, R&N Walk, the ornate gatepost Traditional Cache

As the track turns a corner and just before you find this cache look deep in to the hedge at the given waypoint and you will see an elaborate metal gate post. After visiting the gate post continue along the track to find the cache which is sited in the hedge on the left below the level that the flail reaches.
