Partschinser GuN-Event 2015 Event Cache

Ganz nach dem Motto des Events soll auch der Ablauf des selbigen sein. Hier ein grober Einblick in die geplante Veranstaltung:

Freitag, 24.07.2015:
12:00-14:00 - Anreise, Anmeldung, Zelte aufstellen, allgemeine Informationen

danach: Gemeinsamer Erlebnisnachmittag für Kinder mit den Naturpark Rangers sowie Spielenachmittag für Groß und Klein, Gemeinsames Grillen an der Lock, Lagerfeuer inkl. Sagenstunde mit dem bekannten Dorfchronisten Ewald Lassnig.

Zu fortgeschrittener Stunde: Nachtcachewanderung

Samstag, 25.07.2015:
07:00-09:00 – Reichhaltiges Südtiroler Frühstück am Zeltlagerplatz

danach: Überraschungs-Eventtag (mit Bunkerbesuch), Gemeinsames Grillen an der Lock, Klatsch & Tratsch, Travelbug Tauschstunde, Kindercache mit Überraschungsgeschenken sowie abschließend eine Verlosung mit Preisen für die Teams

17:00-19:00 - Verabschiedung der Teilnehmer

Tipp für die Zeit nach dem Event: Am Samstag, 25.07.2015 und am Sonntag, 26.07.2015 findet im Dorf Partschins das traditionelle "Gasslfest" statt. Es lohnt sich allemal hier vorbeizuschauen.

Im Zuge des Events werden an Getränken Wasser und Sirup zur Verfügung gestellt. Es ist möglich die Teilnahme am Event mit zwei verschiedenen Paketen zu buchen:

Paket A enthält:
- Teilnahme an beiden Eventtagen inklusive aller Veranstaltungen
- Getränke (Wasser und Sirup)
- Teilnahme an der Verlosung
Selbstkostenbeitrag pro Person: 10,00€

Paket B enthält:
- Teilnahme an beiden Eventtagen inklusive aller Veranstaltungen
- Gemeinsames Grillen am Freitag 24.07.15, Frühstück und Grillen am 25.07.15
- Getränke (Wasser und Sirup)
- Teilnahme an der Verlosung
Selbstkostenbeitrag pro Person: 35,00€

Sonstige Getränke sind nicht im Selbstkostenbeitrag enthalten.

Das Event hat eine beschränkte Teilnehmerzahl von 75 Personen. Um eine gute Organisation garantieren zu können ist das Datum des Anmeldeschlusses auf den 15.07.2015 festgelegt.

Für die evtl. Übernachtung am Zeltlagerplatz bringt bitte euer eigenes Zelt mit.

Wer mit seinem Wohnmobil anreist findet in den Nachbargemeinden Naturns und Algund ausreichend Campingmöglichkeiten und Stellplätze.

Naturns: Camping Adler und Waldcamping Algund: Camping Via Claudia Augusta

Auch am Event-Platz besteht die Möglichkeit Camper unterzubringen (Platz für ca. 4-5 Camper). Hier ist jedoch zu berücksichtigen, dass es keine Anschlüsse (Strom usw.) gibt. (bitte ggf. mit angeben).

Sollte noch Bedarf an Unterkunftsmöglichkeiten bestehen könnt ihr euch gerne an den Tourismusverein Partschins wenden.

Bitte gebt bei eurer Anmeldung folgende Informationen mit an:
- Anzahl der Personen eures teilnehmenden Teams (Anzahl Kinder/Erwachsene)
- Teilnahme an beiden Eventtagen ja/nein (falls nein, Angabe an welchem Tag ihr anwesend seid)
- Angabe Buchung Paket A oder B
- Teilnahme an der Kinderveranstaltung Naturpark Rangers, wenn ja, wie viele Personen?

Die Anmeldung wird erst bestätigt, nachdem sowohl der Selbstkostenbeitrag überwiesen (die Informationen erhaltet ihr nachdem ihr euch für das Event eingetragen und alle Angaben mit angegeben habt) als auch das Formular zur persönlichen Gefahrenübernahme ausgefüllt und zurückgesendet wurden (dies wird euch zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt zugeschickt).

Es ist möglich die Teilnahme bis zum 15.07.2015 zu annullieren. Jene Teilnehmer welche das Paket B gebucht haben würden in diesem Falle 25,00€ pro Person zurückerstattet bekommen.

ACHTUNG: Bittet schaut regelmäßig in das Listing bzw. fügt es eurer Beobachtungsliste hinzu. Es wird von Zeit zu Zeit Änderungen und vor allem zusätzliche, wichtige und interessante Detailinformationen zum Partschinser GuN-Event 2015 geben.

As the name implies the event is tied to history and nature. Here is a rough overview of the schedule:

Friday, 07/24/2015:
12:00-14:00 - Arrival, registration, setting-up the tents, general information

then: then: Common afternoon for children with the Naturpark Rangers and an afternoon full of games for young and old, shared barbecue at the "Lock" (the local fish pond), campfire myths, including an hour of narration with the famous local chronicler Ewald Lassnig.

Late in the day: night cache hike

Saturday, 07/25/2015:
07:00-09:00 - Rich southtyrolean breakfast at camp site

then: Surprise Event Day (with bunker visit), Mutual grilling at the "Lock", Gossip, Travelbug exchange hour, Child cache with surprise gifts, and finally a raffle with prizes for the partecipating teams

17:00-19:00 - farewell to the participants

Tips for the time after the event: On Saturday, 07/25/2015 and on Sunday, 07/26/2015 in the village Partschins the traditional "Gasslfest" takes place. It is always worth a visit.

During the event water and syrup are being provided. The Event is available in two different packages:

Package "A" includes:
- Participation in both event days, including all events
- Drinks (water and syrup)
- Participation in the lottery
Small fee per person: 10,00 €

Package B includes:
- Participation in both event days, including all events
- Common BBQ on Friday, 07/24/15, breakfast and barbecue on Saturday 07/25/15.
- Drinks (water and syrup)
- Participation in the lottery
Small fee per person: 35,00 €

Other drinks are sold separately.

The event has a limited number of participants (75 people). In order to guarantee a good organization, the registration process closes on the 07/15/2015.

For any overnight stay at the camp site please bring your own tent.

Those arriving by campers, they will find some nice camping facilities and pitches in the neighboring communities Naturns and Algund.

Also at the event space there is the possibility to accommodate campers (space for 4-5 campers). It is to consider that there are no connections (electricity, etc.). (please specify if necessary a camper space).

If you need consist of accommodation options you can feel free to contact the tourism association of Partschins.

Please include the following information in your application:
- Number of persons of your participating teams (number of children / adults)
- Participation in both event days Yes / No (if no, specify the day of participation)
- Indication Booking Package A or B
- Participation in the children-event Natural Park Rangers, if so, how many persons?

Registration will be confirmed only after both the cost contribution paid (information will be sent to you after you registered) was completed and the form for personal assumption of risk was filled and returned (this will be mailed later)).

It is possible to unsubscribe from the event till the 07/15/2015. Those of you who booked Package B will get a refund of € 25.00 per person.

CAUTION: Visit the listing on a regular basis or add it to your watchlist. There will be changes from time to time and, most important interesting detail information about Partschinser GuN event in 2015.
