The trail is flat and most caches are within easy reach of the trail. At the time of placement the trail was snow and ice covered with a section that was completely ice covered and may be very wet in other seasons.
This cache can be accessed from the waypoints listed in Annapolis Royal Winter #8 or from the French Basin Trail.
We placed caches 8 through 15 and the total return trip was just over 4 kms. Our moving time was 1 hour 11 minutes and stopped time was 40 minutes.
