What has Advent to do with Geocaching?
Well what is the first half of the word "adventure"?
Both words come from the Latin "adventus" which means
"to come, to arrive".
Traditionally the color representing Advent is purple or blue. This symbolizes the color of the sky just before dawn.
There are four Sundays in Advent. This is the first of a four cache series.
