Geocache Description:

***NOTICE: I KNOW THE COORDINATES ARE JUMPY. THAT BIG BUILDING HAS A WAY OF BLOCKING HALF OF THE SATELLITES. IF YOU GET WITHIN 50 FEET, YOU'RE GOLDEN.***This cache is located in a public garden just outside of Roper Hospital.  It is a quiet and secluded park in downtown Charleston.

The Garden is open to the public, but requires the know how to get in.  It isn't obvious to the casual passerby where the entrance is, but there it is. You are looking for a plastic camoflaged tube about 4 inches tall, one inch in diameter.
