Pleased don't park on 153 Avenue; try the lot by Shopper's Drug but take care crossing the avenue...best to use the lights at 127 Street.
I go by this spot regularly in the summer, to visit the ponds on the east side of 142 Street adjacent 153 Avenue. They host a considerable variety of water fowl.
