Since it was Hoots's birthday we decided to spend the day hiking in one of our favorite areas. We brought along a cache just in case we found a nice spot to hide something and, as usual, we did! You are looking for a hand painted peanut butter jar which came out of the H+S geoart studio. There is no pen in the cache so as any good geocacher knows always bring your own pen!
This cache is located a short way off the trail, but it is not much of a bushwhack because it is nice and open. Your GPS will lead you to a nice open and quite pretty section of the forest. At GZ there is a sweet arched tree that looks like a rainbow. I guarantee there will be substantial GPS bounce so just keep your eyes peeled for the arched tree. You can't miss it!
