Growing up, the apartments across the street were an after-kindergarten hangout. Today, it is ground zero for the remarkable Loop - at the edge of the Passaic Park section of Passaic City containing several schools, numerous businesses and one-way streets pointing generally north. This may be a park and grab, but be on 'guard'.
