This year we will be hosting this event at the Freight Yard Pub, Heritage State Park, in North Adams. We will meet in the upstairs room and have a choice of 4 meals.
All dinners and drinks are at your own expense. Dinner options will include: Fish & Chips ($12.99); Stuffed Baked Chicken with roasted red potatoes & vegetable ($14.99); Prime Rib with roasted red potatoes & vegetable ($21.99); or Mushroom Stuffed Ravioli in Alfredo Sauce ($15.99). All meals come with a salad.
The event will be from 6 pm - 9 pm. Cocktail hour begins at 6 pm, dinner at 7 pm with Yankee swap to follow.
What is a Yankee Swap?
The Yankee Swap can be done "the old fashioned way" or "the modern way." If you have some geocaching item that's in very good condition but you're not using anymore, just wrap it up and drop it on the gift table, then grab a number. If you don't want to do that you can purchase a geocaching item (cost $10 - $15), wrap it up and drop it on the table, then grab a number. The swap will be done in the typical way!
