How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

This location on the Great Western Trail will help you find your way.  The structure was built as part of an Eagle Project by a local scout and his troop. Every eagle scout must lead a project from conception to completetion to demonstrate his leadership skills. The project must help a not-for-profit organization.  In this case the project benefits the County, Great Western Trail foundation and every user of the trail.

The cache is set up to be a place to trade scouting patches. It starts with a patch from a very strenuous hike at Camp Mack Morris in Tennessee.  Please try to replace it with a patch that you wish to trade and keep the tradition going.
