Is it Winter??? is is Spring??? One thing's for sure... I'd rather be golfing.
Golf often gets a bad name... as though it were a game only to be played by pompous eltists wearing ascots and argyle. Well it isn't so.... In fact it's extremely entertaining. ... and every course is different. Basically you get to wander around what amounts to a gardening/landscaping exhibit, and hit a ball really far into trees and water. Every once in a while the ball goes straightish and you get the pride of a par (birdies are a myth). For those of you who have never played... YOU CAN. Even the cheapest set of clubs gives you a chance to succeed. This cache is a large Lock-N-Lock container covered in CAMO duct tape.
Golfing Geocachers: I propose a deal... We can use this cache as a place to trade balls, tees, markers, etc. Variety is the spice of life right? So donate to the cause. I live very close by, and will be sure that it's always stocked with goodies. There is a decent FTF prize find BTW.
Non-Golfing Geocachers: I promise to keep it stocked with Travel Bugs.
