The cache IS at the posted coordinates. You can locate it, sign the log, and post a “Write note” online at any time. However, you CANNOT log a “Found it” online until you’ve completed the requirements (see below).

The requirements:
1. Find 50 geocaches without an English vowel in the title.
2. Any qualifying cache previously found may be used towards the requirement
3. Y sometimes represents a vowel. Titles consisting of only Y(s), other consonants and other non-alpha characters are acceptable.
4. To make this harder, half (25) of the cache titles must start with a letter.
5. Once you have met the requirements and if you have already located the physical cache and signed its log book, log your online ‘Found It’.
6. Providing Proof: Provide a bookmark list - Or provide a list or image of the list - showing GC Code and name
