Don't Blink Mystery Cache

Something I saw over the Christmas break gave me the idea for this cache.

It shouldn't be too difficult to figure out.

Some folks will know what it is about, as well as the answers, without even needing to do any research.

They may be nearly as old as the universe, and they are the only psychopaths in the universe to kill you nicely.

What are they?

Determine the digital root of their name, and call that A.
Determine the reverse digital root of their name, and call that B.

Determine the total number of appearances they have made, up to and including 2013, and call that C.
Multiply that value by 21 and call it D.

Determine the first episode they appeared in (three digits) and call it E.

Subtract D from E and call the result F.
