"geocache" challenge
A friend mentioned creating a challenge with the word "geocache" in the cache name. I thought that would be really easy, and that I'd have hundreds of finds like that - well it turns out, not so! While I've almost 1000 with "cache" in the name, I've only 25 with "geocache" in the name. So....
The Challenge
The cache IS at the posted coords.
However, you will need to read and meet the logging requirements, as set out below, to claim a find.
In order to log a find, you must find a minimum of 25 caches with the word "geocache" in the cache name.
The Rules
* Just the word "cache" or "geocaching" in the name does not count as a qualifier.
* The word "geocache" can be in uppercase, lowercase, or a mix.
* The string "geocache" does not need to be standalone - it can be in a word like "geocaches" or "geocacher"
* Past finds count and can be from anywhere in the world.
* The finds can be from before or after the publication of this challenge cache
* You must sign the logbook of the cache container hidden at the posted coordinates AND meet the requirements of the challenge in order to log this as a find
* You are welcome to find the cache before completing all of the requirements. If you do, please just sign the log and post a note on the cache page. Then, after you have completed the challenge, you can come back and log it as a find.
* Logged finds that do not qualify will be deleted.
The cache is a micro.
The difficulty rating is reflective of the challenge.
The actual cache hide is a 2.5/1.5.
The Documentation
In order to validate your qualifications, please do one of the following and provide the information in your log on the cache page,
- create a bookmark list and provide the link, OR,
- provide a list of the caches you have found and the date you found them.
