Located beside a small, one lane bridge, over the Mangaore Stream, just to the North East of Shannon.
Should be a relatively simple find, on this slight deviation from SH57, into the backblocks of Shannon, and it is a short drive from here to some great cache's overlooking the Mangaore Stream.
You are looking for a camouflaged eclipse tin, with a heavy duty cable tie taped to it to form a handle, to help remove the cache from its hiding place.
There are also several other bridges of the same construction in the Horowhenua, all of a similar age, the nearest of which is located down stream from here at S 40° 32.537 E 175° 25.005, for anyone interested. If anyone has more information about this design let me know.
