This Cache is at the start/finish of the On Street Bike Route #91 in East Plano. This Route starts at the corner of 14th and Rigsbee and ends near the entrance of Bob Woodruff Park "North". This area is very high in traffic/muggles at most times of the day/night, So an extra stealthy approach is recomended.
You are looking for a very small container, a little larger then a nano. There is legal parking close by next to the street on Rigsbee, Or if you feel like taking a quick walk, there is another one of my caches just to the West of this one. Feel free to approach at ether angle. As always please put the cache back exactly as it was so that the next person has the same experience.
