This is just a quick fun cache located at an old railway building ruin with 2 spray paintings of aliens who I like to call Paul.
Cachers can either enter the railway service road at the waypoint S 33° 07.507 E 021° 16.220 to get to the cache site (not for long slung and low vehicles) or pull onto the gravel next to the N1. I have confirmed that there is sufficient space with my private vehicle.
Working in the area I noticed the 'painting' of Paul appear about 3 years ago out of nowhere, fitting for a guy like Paul. If you want, take a picture of you and Paul and add it to your log. Hope you enjoy Paul!
The waypoint is at the old Koup Train station also of which only ruins are left, in the olden days when trains were still one of the primary transportation facilities, these stations called Sidings which are situated about 10km from each other were all occupied by families that worked for the railway company. So this is a good place to get of the N1 for a few minuets to relax, have a leg stretch and get out of the way of the now primary transportation facilities called trucks that almost dominates the road. The cache is a small plastic pill container, containing only a log and info sheet. Located next to Paul the alien. you might need to use a small stick to get the cache out from its hiding spot. Please stay off the railway line as there are still trains that passes by.
