Yet another spot where local school kids have adorned a chain-link fence with handmade Stream of Dreams fish, this time right on a foot-bridge....how apropos! I've only ever seen ducks in the water, but fish might be there.
The difficulty-rating is very subjective as I've seen this type rated ranging from D1.5 to D4.5, so an average of D3 is what I'm going with.
