WHERE : The Haven in the Vale, A52 nr Whatton
WHEN : 18:00 to 22:00 hrs
WHO : Everyone is welcome, whether interested in puzzle solving or not
HOW : The venue serves food and drink, tea and coffee. There is free wifi, a massive car park and grassed area for excitable folk (and kids) to have a run around, you could even stay the night should you so wish! Depending on numbers we will either be allocated tables in the main areas or be provided one of the meeting rooms.
WHY : There has been an increased interest in Geocaching Unknown or Puzzle or Mystery caches in recent times, and fly2live2fly and northking thought that it might be useful to have an event where cachers can meet up, chat about puzzle techniques and methods and maybe even tackle some of those near to the venue. PLEASE NOTE, the trading of solutions to puzzles will not be a part of the event. There is however a strong possibility that a number of puzzles will be published prior to the event taking place so that attendees can put their new found knowledge into practice.

........ LINKS TO PRACTICE PUZZLES WILL APPEAR HERE PRIOR TO THE EVENT - IF YOU ARE STRUGGLING WITH THEM THEN PRINT THEM OUT AND BRING THEM WITH YOU TO ADD TO THE 'BRAINSTORMING' SESSION.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE VENUE REQUIRES AN INDICATION OF THE NUMBER OF ATTENDEES AND THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE LIKELY TO BE EATING.
SHOULD ANYONE WISH TO MAKE THIS A WEEKEND VISIT THEN THE VENUE IS HAPPY TO ACCOMMODATE GEOCACHERS WHO WISH TO STAY IN THE HOTEL OR ON THE ADJOINING CAMPSITE, PLEASE MENTION GEOCACHING IF YOU WISH TO BOOK.
