It's there, but not where your geo-senses would first guide you. Notice the terrain rating before you try anything stupid. You are looking for a camo'ed container a little larger than a waterproof match container. This one is best found when headed toward Zelienople as the puilloff can be a little tricky. Be careful if there is snow on the ground and you don't have 4WD as the pullover can get pretty slick.
