The cache is not inside the house, but on the outside, across from the entrance. Its a small cache, and im hoping the coords are correct, if not exact, itll be very close. Youll have to go around toward the steep drop, but there is a pretty safe way to get to it if you are familar with hiking and being outdoors. Please beware, peeps like to come here to drink and apparently dont know how to throw their bottles away so there is a lot of glass, wear thick soled shoes and be careful. Also, the cache is an a spot that has safe standing room, although nearby there are scary drop off's, so again, please be careful. I took a couple kids with me to hide the cache and they were able to get to it just fine by going around the house from the right side (or north end).
