If These Stones Could Talk....... Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

Gipsie: Hate to see this one go, it was a lot of fun to make. The area that the actual cache was located is no longer there. It was a very cool old air raid siren next to the cemetery.

Geocache Description:

Some of the oldest families in Atlantic County are buried here.  Most notably Simon Lake and his family.  Simon was one of the founders of Ocean City and the grandfather of the inventor of the first submarine.  His monumental tombstone is one of the first you will see upon entering.

The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates NOR is it IN the cemetery.

Follow the instructions below and find the cache.

Your goal here is to find the numbers to complete the set of coordinates.  Below is a list of the stones you need to find.  You will have to answer a question from each stone and you will need the year of death from each as well. When the information is gathered the final coordinates will look like this:

W074 (1880)(1879).(1876)(1902)(1928)

That's it!!!!  Easy, right?  Bring a pen, bring some paper and have some fun.  Hey...and maybe when you log this cache, you can tell what you find interesting about this cemetery!  I spent a day reading the tombstones here and letting my mind wander.  May Humphreys?  Could that have been a mans name or was there something else?  How did all those children of Ezra and Alice Lake die so young?  So many questions......
