Geocache Description:

In the old map of Hanover County below, you may be able to pick out where Ashcake Road and the now New Ashcake Road meet. If you can find Slash Church on the map and then look down, you should find this intersection.

 

This cache is placed at the corner of Sliding Hill and New Ashcake road, off of dead end road, Brook Springs Road, that was stopped when the traffic pattern was changed a few years back. It's in a camo'ed container in a wooded area. Enjoy the history and the cache! Congrats to Team_N for the FTF!
