The last time we did a "legacy trash" clean up on an Alachua County Forever property, we dug up a car hood with pick axes. No guarantees this one will have that kind of fun, but you never know what we may find.
Date: Saturday Feb. 21th Time: 9am - Noon Activity: Removing “legacy” trash from the woods (household waste & construction debris) Clothing Advice: Closed toed shoes & long pants Directions from Gainesville: • Drive North on Hwy 441/NW 13th St. • Turn left on NW 93rd Ave. (just after the lawn mower dealership) • Travel West on NW 93rd , to unpaved NW 59th Terr. • Turn Right onto NW 59th Terr. • Preserve entrance will be on left (look for white truck). • Park along road shoulder on NW 59th Terr.
