Geocache Description:

Easy Park and Grab Series placed in roads with the names of Native and Non-Native Trees.

Cache is a magnetic black clip top specimen tube place about 2.5ft above ground level


Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris) is an evergreen conifer native to northern Europe, and is one of just three conifers native to the UK.

It thrives in heathland and is widely planted for timber, but is also found in abundance in the Caledonian Forest in the Scottish Highlands - the only truly native pine forest in the UK.
