Seeing Double Mystery Cache

This geocache is placed in honor of two special Tri State Geocachers who happen to share a birthday and a wedding day; the latter because they're married to each other. This geocache is for Brian and Abby, a.k.a., Mafia Boss and Eyeball & Chain.

Mafia Boss is a Field Service Engineer, which means he works a lot with computer hardware. Staring at circuit boards is his thing, which we suppose means that it's nice to have an opthamologist like Eyeball & Chain on his side. You might need her too after you get going on this puzzle, which leads to a sort of two-stage multi to sign the log and get the find.
