wyldrob: This hobby was once fun. But too many people took the fun away from it and drove me away. Time to say goodbye to this one.

Geocache Description:

Here is another challenge for all the challenge lovers out there.

Welcome to the North 33 Challenge.

The cache is at the listed coordinates, but please continue reading to avoid a deleted log. Since this is a challenge cache, there are certain requirements to fulfill.

In order to qualify for the challenge you must:
  1. Have found at least one cache in each minute of the North 33 degrees latitude. There are 60 minutes for the 33 degree latitude; starting at 00 and ending at 59. That means your qualifying list will contain 60 caches.
  2. Only physical caches count. That means only Traditional, Multi, Puzzle, Wherigo, Letterbox Hybrid count toward this challenge. These caches types do not count: Webcam, Virtual Caches, Earthcaches,  Project A.P.E., Events.
  3. For multi stage caches the listed coordinates on the cache page will be used.
  4. Any finds count, including ones that have been found previously.
  5. This cache cannot be used as one of the requirements

When logging this cache, please submit your qualifying cache list. The list can be added to your log or added to a public bookmark list. "Found It" logs not meeting the requirements are subject to deletion without notice.

The cache itself is located near the river. Best access (if you do not come by river) would be to access the Augusta Canal River Levee Trail. The trail is paved, however, there will be quite a bit of walking through the woods to obtain this cache. The area has lots of undergrowth. Please plan accordingly and wear good shoes or hiking boots. There is lots of broken glass and other debris on the "path". I've placed this cache in the winter time, so growth was at a minimum. During the summer months it is likely going to a pretty tough hike.

The closest parking will be at Milledge Rd and I've provided some coordinates in the additional waypoints section.

I have created a challenge checker at Project-GC if you wish to use. It can be found here
If you are a GSAK user, there is a macro that will work. Just search for ChallengeMinutes on the macro list.
