Geocache Description:

This should be a quick Park-n-Grab, in a small sealable container. Placed by the Hamlin 4-H Club, there is a 4-H Horse Key Chain for the First-to-Find, along with a few more trinkets. Logbook & Pencil

Hamlin 4-H Club is part of the Jones County 4-H program. Some of our students may give a presentation concerning geocaching as part of a Method Demonstration Project or as part of a geospatial project. We are excite to monitor and maintain this cache, to discover new interests.

The Strauss Dry Goods Co. has been turned into a small yet quaint park complete with walking path, park bench, and shrubs. It may not look like much, but we thought it would be a nice place to plant a cache, and for you to take some snapshots. Thanks for visiting. Oh, and as always, watch out for the Muggles!
