Cache on Pooh Corner (Mamaku) Traditional Cache

A drive by as you cross the Mamaku Ranges between Rotorua and the Waikato. This is a state highway so take care accessing the lay-by. No U-turns please if coming from Rotorua!

Pull up in the small lay-by and take in the rural scenery. Nice views towards the Mamaku Ranges and across sweeping farmland. Breathe in the country air, but don't breath too deep! The cache (a camo pill bottle) is nearby. Careful where you stand. No need to cross any fences. Mind those children near the highway. Cars go past very fast here but you can park off the highway in the lay-by.
